Dining With Melody Rose

Melody Rose Swedish Buns

I think we have a Fika situation right here – (that’s a traditional Swedish menu to me and you). It’s been quite the week hasn’t it? but I just had to tell you about my time with Designer, Melody Roseveare whilst scoping out her latest homewares collection. I was invited, along with a small group of bloggers to have an intimate traditional Swedish Fika afternoon tea at The Harcourt. Side note; you all must visit the Harcourt. I’ll be reviewing the restaurant soon *fingers crossed*.

Ceramic Designer Melody Roseveare hosted such a beautiful evening by-way-of introducing us to her latest collection. In the new collection, Melody Rose encompasses is a beautiful marriage between quirky iconic imagery against a classic ceramic backdrop. Whipping up a storm in her creative teacup since 2011, Melody Rose produces her own unique range of fine bone china in the motherland of pottery, Stoke-on-Trent.Melody Rose Ceramics Cups Melody Rose Ceramics Plates

What instinctively attracts me to this collection and the designer herself is the fact that each piece has been carefully crafted in the UK with its juxtaposed personality. This collection is designed to surprise, delight and entertain and it certainly ticks all those boxes. New to the collection are the two-cup mini teapots – perfect if you’re just entertaining a small tea-party for two. Dressed in Melody’s previous designs including; Rock & Roll, Acts of Daring, Modern SurRealist and Urban Nature these ceramics are certainly one to look out for and add to your wishlist.Melody Rose Ceramics Table Set 2Melody Rose TeapotsMelody Rose Ceramics Table Set with Fika Menu
