Why does Rome feel like such a long time ago?! Believe me, this was a much needed SOS break and has felt like a long time coming. Having not vacay’ed in three years, the urge to board a plane and jet off was real. So we packed our Cambridge Satchels and jetted off to Rome, Italy for a four day relaxing break. Having been before (and totally loved it) by main aim was, not only to re-live all the best bits, but to also unearth new enchanting architecture. Armed with my DSLR camera and a beautiful landscape I snapped away, shooting almost ‘mini postcards’ from Rome. So much so that I created my own hashtag – #happyflattravels in order to share my carefully curated content of architecture, Italian style and to document my trip. This post is a critical dedication of that trip and of just how tranquil and photogenic the Italian landscape be can.
